At Beach Body Butter®, our customers deserve products that consistently deliver the quality, fragrance, texture, and experience that define our brand.
During a recent quality review, we identified a limited number of products from Batch 8 (Expiration Date: November 2026) that may not fully meet our internal standards for fragrance and texture consistency.
While these products remain safe for use, some jars may not provide the premium Beach Body Butter® experience our customers expect.
As a result, we are launching the Beach Body Butter® Quality Commitment Program™.

How to Participate
Step 1
Take a clear photo of the serial number located on the bottom of your jar.
Step 2
Email the photo to:
Step 3
Our Quality Team will review the serial number and provide return instructions if your product qualifies.
Step 4
After receiving and evaluating the returned product, we will send a replacement Beach Body Butter® jar.
Our Commitment
This program is being conducted because of our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. Although the affected products remain safe for use, they do not consistently reflect the standards we have established for the Beach Body Butter® brand.
