Overview
All refunds and exchanges must be made within 14 days of receipt of purchase. NO EXCEPTIONS!
Items must be unused and received in their original packaging. To ensure timely processing of your refund or exchange, please include a copy of the original packing slip with your returned item(s).
There are no refunds or exchanges on sale items!
Shipping costs are not refundable, and the customer is responsible for all costs associated with returning items. To confirm delivery, we strongly encourage that items be shipped using a traceable source such as USPS Priority Mail, FedEx, or UPS. Merchandise being returned for refund or exchange should be mailed to the following address.

Refunds
All items will be inspected for tampering prior to processing. Once the inspection has been completed, an email notifying you of the approval or rejection of your refund will be sent to the email address provided.
If approved for a refund, payment will be made in the original method of payment used by the customer within 7-10 business days, depending on your bank or credit card company.
If you have not received a refund within 7-10 business days, please contact us at purchase@beachbodybutter.store and we will try to resolve the issue.
Exchanges
Only merchandise that is defective or damaged during shipping can be exchanged for the same item. If an exchange is needed, please send an email describing the problem to purchase@beachbodybutter.store. The defective item must be mailed to 6271 St. Augustine Rd Ste 24-1483, Jacksonville, FL 32217 for exchange to be processed.
Gifts
If an item purchased as a gift was damaged during shipping to the recipient, a credit will be issued to the same for the value of the item purchased.
Merchandise must be returned to receive credit.
